We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged product or there’s any issue with your order, you may request a return within 7 working days of receiving the parcel.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or video evidence.
Non-returnable items include:

Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

Sale or discounted items (unless they arrive damaged).

Custom or made-to-order products.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 business days.
